Cancellation Policy

• A 60-day advance written notice via email to contactus@smartifysol.com is required for subscription cancellation.
• Accounts remain active until the next billing date, and subscription fees are payable up to the closure date.
• No cancellation charges or lock-in periods apply
• Minimum 1 Year of Subsciption is mandatory
• For annual plans, unused portions are non-refundable.

Intellectual Property

All content, graphics, designs, and software on the Platform are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, redistribute, or use any content without prior written permission from SMATOAPPS, except for limited internal, non-commercial purposes.

Limited License & Restrictions

We grant you a non-exclusive, revocable license to use SMATOAPPS for your internal business or personal use. You may not:

• Copy, resell, or commercially exploit the Platform.
• Modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute any part of the Platform.
• Use the Platform for unlawful purposes or unsolicited communications.
